Miracle on Marathon Monday

Susan, Adam, and Nick Run to Remember

Tapering Down...

As we're tapering down from intense training over the past 5 mos. I realized i won't have to get up @5:30Am on Weds mornings anymore. I've been doing it for the past 5 mos. and the past month intensified to get a 2hr back to back work-out in before going to work. I won't have to be inside on a spin bike either. We made it through a tough winter of training, most of which we did outside. One more short run of 8 miles on Friday and the next week is easy work-outs. We're all excited for marathon Monday, I was thinking how own team is a close knit family all connected by our cause...stroke. Our goal for now is to make it to the start and once we get there..to make it to the finish. Neither task is an easy one.

Utterli and my cell phone will be my best friends as I am not going to lug my giant laptop around. Please enjoy her journey!
